Tasting notes:

Taste:In the mouth it reveals a fat, juicy wine, with very balanced acidity. Vigorous and broad in a long aftertaste, with some spicy notes.

Nose: Very intense aroma with a profile oriented towards some tropical notes but also with ripe citrus fruits, candied orange and even fresh grapes.

Color: Very crystalline citrine yellow

Gastronomy: Serves well with grilled sardines, green leaf salad with squid rings and cashew nuts, seafood stew, crab shell, spaghetti with seafood and seafood au gratin.
